Jalapeno Poppers

November 7, 2019

A jalapeno stuffed with cheese, seasoning, and all wrapped in bacon is the perfect food to get the party started!

We all know that when it comes to a get together, someone is bringing Jalapeno poppers as an appetizer now. These little bites full of bold flavor are starting to become a staple in the appetizer category now.

Jalapenos and cream cheese wrapped in bacon. That is the craziest, most delicious thing ever made! The first time my sister made them a few years back, I was hesitant to be honest. But wow are they delicious!

The ingredients can also be substituted which can be a great convenience! You have the option to add in shredded cheese. Cheddar. Monterey. Or Pepper Jack like I do for extra heat! Or no cheese at all. Different types of bacon can be used as well. Pork bacon. Veggie bacon. Turkey bacon. Or Prosciutto. The choice is yours!

If this is your first time making jalapeno poppers or working with jalapenos, I recommend wearing latex gloves when handling the jalapenos and removing the seeds, especially if you have any cuts on your hands. The jalapenos can get make your skin burn.
