Honey Blue Cheese Ball

March 10, 2019

This honey Blue cheese ball loaded with fruit and covered in walnuts is the perfect app for your next gathering.

I decided to make this honey blue cheese ball the night before a family lunch at random. I happened to have blue cheese and thought, “Why not?”

And Honey. Blue cheese and honey are surprisingly a wonderful combo that isn’t talked about enough. It may sound crazy, but it provides a subtle hint of sweetness to the cheese. Along with enhancing the flavors.

I love the creamy texture this honey blue cheese ball brings. I wasn’t sure if anyone would enjoy it, but my sister of all people (and who hates blue cheese) loves it! My family and her can’t get enough of it and my sister still asks for this appetizer at parties.

If you know anyone who loves blue cheese, I highly recommend making this honey blue cheese ball. I also recommend to cover the honey blue cheese ball with saran wrap to help prevent it from drying out.

This may be out of the ordinary but it’s sure to leave an impression!
