Prosciutto Cobb Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 cups mixed greens
  • 1 (8 oz.) package sliced prosciutto
  • 1 pear, core removed and sliced
  • ½ cup grape tomatoes, sliced in half
  • ½ cup blue cheese crumbles
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts
  • Dressing of your choice (I prefer Green Goddess dressing)

Instructions

  • Arrange a bed of greens evenly onto individual dishes. Arrange the prosciutto, sliced pears, and grape tomatoes on top. Sprinkle on the blue cheese and walnuts on top.
  • Drizzle with your preferred dressing.
