Place the chicken on a large tray or plate. Pat dry with a paper towel to remove any excess moisture.
Season the chicken with salt and pepper on both sides.
Generously season the chicken with the blended seasoning until coated on all sides.
Cover the plate with saran wrap. Let it rest for at least 30 minutes or up to one hour at room temperature.
When ready, grill the chicken on both sides until it reaches 165℉, or bake in the oven at 350℉ for 45 minutes-1 hour or until the juices are clear and the temperature reaches 165℉.
