Slow Cooker Chile Verde
This can be made in either the Slow cooker or Instant pot

lbs.
pork tenderloin, loin, or pork chops, cut into 1-inch cubes

yellow onion, sliced
3-4
cloves garlic, minced

oregano

tsp.
cumin

(12-15 oz.)
jar Salsa Verde

Water
Toppings of your choice
Instructions
In the slow cooker
, place in the cut pork, onion, garlic, cumin, and oregano. Lightly season with salt and pepper.
Stir in the Salsa Verde and water. Mix until well combined.
Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6-8 hours. Serve with warm rice or tortillas.
For the Instant Pot
: Follow instructions 1 and 2. Seal with the pressure cooker lid and cook on high for 30 minutes with quick release. Serve.

To Store:
Seal any leftovers in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
