Oven Baked Barbecue Ribs

Ingredients
1/2-1

Rib rub of your choice (I also have a recipe above if needed)

Racks Spare ribs
1-2
lager beers of your choice (I used Coors Light)

barbecue sauce of your choice (I also have a recipe above if needed)
Instructions
Remove the membrane (inner skin) from the ribs and place the ribs in a large roasting bag or container.
Rub the rib rub all over the ribs, coating both sides. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
Preheat oven to 220℉
Place the ribs, meaty side up, into a large baking pan.
Mix half of the barbeque sauce with the beer and pour over the ribs. Tightly seal with foil and bake for 4 hours.
After 4 hours, remove the foil and drain the liquid from the pan.
Increase the oven or grill to 300℉.
Brush a thick layer of barbecue sauce on top.
Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes more minutes.
Notes
To Store, seal any leftovers in an air tight container and refrigerate for up to 5 days.
