Oven 350℉ and lightly grease a baking dish with oil.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, pine nuts, brown sugar, sugar, and melted butter together. It should become crumble but hold together with pressed.
Pour the mixture into the baking dish and press down to form an even layer crust.
Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove and let cool.
In another mixing large bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, flour, lemon juice, and lemon zest until smooth.
Pour the mixture on top of the crust. Bake for another 20-25 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool for about 30 minutes.
Dust the powdered sugar on top and cut into 12 squares.
