Homemade Kale Pesto

baby arugula or chopped kale

fresh basil

grated parmesan

unsalted almonds, about 1 teaspoon

olive oil

Instructions
In a small food processor or blender, add in all of the ingredients.
Blend until well incorporated and smooth. If needed, add in 1 tablespoon of olive oil at a time to loosen the mixture until smooth.
