Instructions
In a skillet, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the ground turkey and cook until no longer pink, about 5 minutes. Toss in the chili powder and chipotle powder. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat and let cool.
In a serving dish, layer the ingredients starting with the guacamole, salsa, ground turkey, Greek yogurt, mashed pinto beans, lime juice, sliced olives, and ending with the shredded cheese. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Serve with lettuce leaves or tortillas chips.
