Grinch Cake Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 box angel food cake mix
  • 1 3.4 oz pkg. pistachio pudding mix
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • Heart sprinkles, to decorate

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350℉. Line a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, mix together the cake mix, pudding mix, butter, milk, vanilla extract, and eggs until well combined.
  • Pour the mixture into the baking dish into an even layer.
  • Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until center is cooked but still soft.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool for 25-30 minutes. While cooling, carefully place a heart sprinkle 2-3 inches apart from each other.
  • Use a clean, sharp edge knife or cookie cutter of your choice, cut into individual sized shapes of your preference.

Notes

Tip: Have a cup of hot water nearby to dip your knife to wipe off and help give nice, clean cuts before serving.
