Cranberry Walnut Honey Scones

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 2 tsp. brown sugar
  • 4 Tbl. cold butter, cut into tablespoons
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries, chopped
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 2 Tbl. honey
  • 1/4-1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350* and Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Combine the flour, baking powder, sugar and brown sugar in a large mixing bowl.
  • Add the 8 tablespoon slices of butter and press with a fork or dough blender until it becomes a crumbled mixture.
  • Mix in the cranberries, walnuts, honey, and milk
  • Drop the dough by the spoonful onto the baking sheet.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
  • Serve warm with butter.
