Air Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower, washed and cut into florets
  • 2 eggs, beaten with 1 Tbl. water
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • ½ cup flour
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbl. Oil
  • 2 Tbl. butter, melted
  • ½ cup Frank’s Red Hot Sauce
  • ¼ cup blue cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer to 425* and cover a baking tray with foil.
  • Have the beaten egg with the water in one bowl and the panko crumbs in a second bowl. In the third bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper. Set aside.
  • Dip the cauliflower florets into the egg mixture, then the flour mixture, back into the egg, and into the bread crumbs. Place onto the baking sheet. Repeat with the rest of florets until all of the cauliflower is coated.
  • Lightly brush the top of the florets with oil. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden and crisp.
  • In medium bowl, combine the hot sauce and melted butter. Set aside.
  • Put the baked cauliflower in a bowl and pour the sauce over them. Carefully mix to cover all the florets.
  • Pour the buffalo cauliflower onto a serving plate and sprinkle with the blue cheese.
