Chipotle Salmon bites with honey lime sauce

These chipotle lime salmon bites are the newest hit in our household and we can’t get enough of them! Tender and zesty with a kick, these bites taste amazing served over freshly steamed rice or warm tortillas with fresh, crisp veggies.

Ugh Yum.

Fish is a great source of protein when picking healthy meal alternatives, and these chipotle lime bites are no different. They are incredibly filling and satisfying, and there is no limit on ways to serve them.

Chipotle Lime Salmon Bites

I am a huge burrito bowl fan, so when I make these chipotle salmon bites with a honey lime sauce, all I want is to do my own DIY version of Chipotle at home. I’m in love with them, and they go great with Fish Friday or taco night. It’s so good, with each bite packing a kick to it. And if served with fresh produce, such as tomatoes, avocado, or corn, it gives a slight sweetness that makes it so delicious.

What makes these chipotle lime salmon bites so great is it doesn’t take much to make them any more appetizing. Use anything you have on hand, whether it’s salsa, beans, queso fresco or green onion. It will still taste stunning either way, even when serving leftovers for lunch the next day.
