If you are looking for a healthy alternative for an appetizers, then you have to try this healthy 7-Layer Bean Dip! Filled with cheese, greek yogurt and ground turkey, this dish makes it hard to walk away from without taking another bite.
I absolutely love this 7-layer bean dip! I don’t care how many layers there are, just hand me the tortilla chips. It’s even more satisfying when you don’t have to feel guilty eating it. I have made this dip multiple times and every time, it’s hard to walk away from it without dipping a chip for another bite.
I really like using Greek yogurt as a substitute for sour cream for this healthy 7-layer bean dip You still get that tanginess but with a healthier alternative. I promise you too, that NO ONE will even noticed. My older sister is not a yogurt fan, and even she doesn’t notice the difference. She knows the secret ingredient but she could care less. She still enjoys the flavors.
The ground turkey and greek yogurt. That’s what really brings the flavor together. The two combined give that satisfying taste as if biting into a taco every time. So delicious! Ingredients can also be removed or substituted. Sometimes, I don’t always add in the salsa, and I enjoy both versions. So if you would lie to customize the dip to your taste preference, be free to do so. It will still come out amazing.
To Store, cover the leftover dip and refrigerate for up to 5 days. This can also be made the night before for additional convenience.
