How to Make Dry Rib Rub

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Brown sugar
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • 1 1/2 Tbl. Salt
  • 1 Tbl. ground mustard
  • 1 Tbl. Garlic powder
  • 1 Tbl. Onion powder
  • 1 Tbl. Smoked Paprika or paprika
  • 1 Tbl. Lemon Pepper
  • 2 tsp. Black Pepper
  • 2 tsp. Cumin

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, Combine all ingredients together.
  • Before cooking, season your ribs at least 1 hour or overnight.

Notes

To store: Seal in an airtight container for up to 6 months in the pantry.
